Sergio is a qualified trainer and passionate facilitator and during the last 30 years has trained more than 3,000 individuals on bakery and patisserie foundation skills, processes and techniques, communication and team management skills, and systems. His ability to engage individuals with different skill levels (from apprentices to managers) allows him to provide a holistic solution for your business.

RESEARCH AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We spend a significant amount of time and resources on product research. Our staff actively participates in the most relevant international bakery exhibitions and trade fairs and maintains business networks with Australian and international specialists.

We provide a cost-effective solution for product development. You pay only for what you need. We work on a project basis. We can develop a new product for you in line with your business environment, or we can help you to improve/update your current products.
